1: positioning
Booth design is a combination of corporate image
and product portfolio. A booth design should present company image and its portfolio.
Therefore, it is especially essential to analyze one company in depth and
communicate with clients to figure out, what exactly they what to show to their
target audiences, how to present the characteristics of their products and how
to enhance the interaction with their audiences.
(If customers attend an exhibition for the first
time and don’t understand the exhibition process, we should train them by
telling the structure and key elements of one booth as well as the proper number
of samples at one stand based on the actual booth situation. A small stand with
too many products showed is not a good example of a beautiful design, which

2:Classification of booth design:

Before considering the design of one booth, it is
necessary to clarify the functions that the booth needs to achieve, which
products to display, how to attract audiences, how to plan the service
consultation, whether interaction is needed, the setting of the business
negotiation area, how much storage space is needed.
5:Design stage:
According to the understanding of exhibition contents
to find out reference and then develop ideas on the booth design (as a saying
goes: all creative work begins with imitation). With an idea, we should first design
the floor plan, zoning and layout, to lay a good foundation. The elevation
treatment should refer to the local average human height to reasonably choose
the view distance, height and perspective (horizontal perspective and vertical
perspective). Space transition should be appropriate to local conditions,
reasonable and natural, minimize visual fatigue and audience behavior inertia. The facade of one stand
should be comfortable in view, apply an aesthetic design, emphasize characteristics
of exhibits. The entire tone should be harmonious, complementary and mutually
reflective, with a sense of integrity and comfort.

in person or per telephone, to tell them the design purposes and functionality
of each detail, whether it is a show with interaction and how to attract

In booth design, exhibits should be presented
around addressing the needs and problems and never hide the advantages of customers’
products by too focusing on long technical statements. If customer’s products are
very competitive in the market, then we should show this in a direct way. Specific
technical data about the products can be described in details in the product
description material. The competitiveness and advantages of exhibitors should
be efficiently presented in the booth design, instead of purely highlighting
technical data (Don’t not overly pursuing overlay of products, the more is
better is not always ture. Spatial aesthetics
should be considered.) A good booth design is considered as a business card of one
enterprise. Therefore, the size and external appearance of one booth must be appropriate,
